Design of the Pax 2 vaporizer
The Pax 2 vaporizer has a weight of 90 grams, is 9.8cm tall, 3cm wide and just 2cm deep. These features make the Pax 2 one of the most handy and convenient portable vaporizers. The Pax 2 features a smooth anodized aluminum coating, transversely brushed, which provides long-term protection and is available in four different colors. The heating element of the Pax 2 is manufactured in a flexible and thin film with insulation, made to create a new conduction experience by heating the herb chamber from below.

- Cleaning: Easy-to-clean unit, but the stove and grill must be cleaned regularly to maintain optimum performance.
- Odor: Smells a little while the stove is hot and working. This is appreciable only when it is in use, but is something that could be improved from our point of view. It is true that all vaporizers produce a little odor and this is much less or almost non-existent compared to the combustion of the plants.
The convenience of the flat mouthpiece
Unlike the first Pax vaporizer and other pen vaporizers, the Pax 2 features a flat mouthpiece. A raised mouthpiece is included in the package. The flat mouthpiece is what makes the design very sleek and minimalistic.
Temperature levels
The Pax 2 has four different temperature settings (adjustable through a press of the button, located right on the mouthpiece). The temperature settings are: 182, 193, 204 and 215C. Higher temps will produce larger clouds and lower temps will provide cleaner and more flavorful drags.
The portable battery charging system
Battery life, as mentioned is 90 minutes. If you hold 15 minute vaporization sessions, you can take advantage of 6 sessions before the vaporizer is completely discharged. The Pax 2 is charged through a small magnetic platform with a USB socket. This magnetic platform attaches comfortably to the wall of the vaporizer.
How to use the Pax 2 vaporizer?
To start, insert ground material inside the chamber, trying to pack it uniformly. After closing the chamber, the Pax 2 vaporizer can be switched on by pressing the power button located on the center of the mouthpiece.
From the moment of ignition, it is necessary to wait 40 to 70 seconds before the vaporizer can be used. This is the time needed by the Pax 2 to warm up. Timing will vary dependent on type of herb, the initial temperature, or battery level. The four LED lights will intermittently illuminate as you wait. The LED will stop on green to indicate you can start vaping.
You can change the temperature of use at any time by holding the button down for at least two seconds and then press it normally to switch from one temperature to another. Each color LED on the vaporizer will indicate a different temperature level (green, yellow, orange, and red).
